Work with me · Integrations
Integrations that stop you from typing the same thing twice.
Your system, your accounting, your messages and your spreadsheets can talk to each other. I connect them through their APIs, so a change in one shows up where it’s needed.
Based in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Working with clients across the US and Brazil, in English or Portuguese.
What you get
- Sync between your system and accounting tools such as QuickBooks.
- WhatsApp and email messages triggered by real events.
- Spreadsheets and Google Workspace connected to your data.
- Data pulled from public sources and APIs on a schedule.
- Logs and alerts, so you know when a sync fails.
How it works
List where the data lives.
Which tools, who types what, and where it gets copied by hand.
Pick the first connection.
Usually the one that removes the most double entry.
Connect and watch it.
It runs on its own, with a record of every sync and an alert when one fails.

Questions
Which tools can you connect?
If a tool has an API or a reliable export, it can usually be connected. QuickBooks, WhatsApp and Google Sheets are common.
Is this a one-time project?
Either way. Some integrations are built once; others get monitored and adjusted as your tools change.
Can you pull outside data too?
Yes. My public Apify tools do exactly that for company records, contracts, documents and job boards.
