Haniel FormWorks is the design and making name used by Haniel Azevedo personally. These points explain how this website’s estimates and project conversations work.
Estimates are a starting point.
Prices shown by the estimator are estimates in US dollars, subject to artwork review and a final written quote. Tax and delivery are quoted separately. The final scope, design service, dimensions, finish, production timing, payment arrangements and delivery details must be agreed before an order proceeds.
Your artwork and approval.
Provide only logos, artwork and other material you have permission to use. The design direction and physical sample are reviewed before batch approval. Changes after approval may affect cost or timing and must be discussed. A QR back is confirmed only after a physical scan test; NFC is an availability enquiry unless specifically included in a final quote.
What the images represent.
Conceptual images illustrate possible designs and the making process. Fictional brands are identified as concepts, not past client work. Color, texture, scale and finish shown on screen do not replace review of your project’s physical sample.
Project-specific questions.
Cancellation, changes, problems with delivered items and any applicable remedies depend on the agreed project and applicable consumer rights. Discuss these points before confirming a custom order. Nothing on this page is intended to remove rights that cannot be excluded.
